Return policy

We’re sure you’ll be happy with your Mapoftheworld.eu purchase but we all change our minds sometimes. As always our customer experience team is only an email away! So if you have any questions, please email: hi@mapoftheworld.eu.

You are entitled to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without notice. After the cancellation of your order you will have 14 days left to return your product.

We are not responsible for the return shipping costs and custom fees of the items. Please ensure all returned items are well packed, so as not to be damaged in transit. We strongly encourage our customers to send returns by a tracked and insured service as Mapoftheworld.eu will not take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit. If your return does not meet these criteria this policy will not apply.

We will inspect the item(s) upon arrival and process the refund within 5 business days. This will be minus any postage charges.
