What kind of material do you use?
We use high quality birch plywood for our world maps.
How can I hang my world map?
Our products are delivered to you ready to hang. Map pieces such as ocean names, wooden planes, boats & compass are inside the box. You will also find our double-sided sticky tape, instructions and corner stencils to hang it on your wall.
How can I get the flags and planes?
You can find them in our store and add them to your cart.
What are the shipping costs?
You don’t have to pay any extras. The shipping costs are on us!
Which country do you ship from?
We design and produce all of our art and ship from the Netherlands.
What is the delivery time?
We ship our products within 1-2 business days. Then the shipment takes usually 5-6 business days.
Is it possible to remove the world map from my wall?
If you want to get it off your wall, you only need a hairdryer. Direct the airflow between a Map piece and the wall, wait a bit and remove them one by one. To reinstall the world map you will need to buy new sticky tape.
How can I track my order?
After we dispatch your order, we will send you a tracking number.
Are your products suitable for outdoor?
We have designed them for indoor.
How can I cancel my order?
Please send an e-mail to email@example.com as soon as possible. We will then check whether the package has already been sent. If not, the order can be canceled free of charge.
Can I return my order?
Are you not completely satisfied with your order? Returns are no problem. You have 14 days to change your mind, so you can return within this period. Please note: the costs for returning are on you.
